David is currently the Vice President for Strategic Growth at Point Broadband. Point Broadband owns and operates fiber networks in multiple small markets across the country and is leading the effort to bring fiber networks to rural America through innovative partnerships. David has over 30 years of experience in telecom, fiber networking, and government planning. He holds a Master’s degree in Public-Private Management from Birmingham-Southern College, with an emphasis on Public-Private Partnerships.
