Monty Morrow
Nuvera: Regulatory/Legislative Administrator
Monty grew up working in the telecom industry working for his father who famously handed him a shovel and said, “if it has a motor, don’t touch it”. After further schooling, he held several different positions in engineering and product development with US West, AT&T and Qwest.
Monty currently performs the Regulatory & Legislative Affairs duties for Nuvera.
He also serves in a variety of positions with the Minnesota Telecom Alliance (MTA) and is currently the Chairman of the MTA Regulatory Committee and the Political Action Committee (PAC) Board. He also serves on the Legislative Committee. He has significant experience working with the MN Public Utilities Commission and the Department of Commerce.
Locally, Monty serves as a Board member for the Hutchinson Utilities Commission, a municipal power and gas utility.
