Phil Colflesh, P.E., is the Midwest Regional Manager for Comptek Technologies and the Aero Wireless Group. His decade of telecom experience and 30 years of experience in transportation infrastructure provides Phil a unique perspective on small cell deployments in the right-of-way. He bridges the communication gap between stakeholders to facilitate the development of small cell concealment solutions based on the requirements of the carriers and aesthetic preferences of communities.

Phil and the team from Aero Wireless Group led the development of Small Cell Aesthetic Standards for the cities of Denver, CO; Greenwood Village, CO; Austin, TX; and Memphis, TN. Comptek Technologies is the developer of the CityPole® small cell concealment pole deployed by all major wireless carriers and a preferred solution for Xcel Energy’s colocation street light program. Phil is a lifelong member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and participates in the Smart Cities Council and Wireless Infrastructure Association.
