Thomas Coverick, Managing Director, Manager of the KyeBanc Capital Markets’ municipal broadband and Public Finance Practice in the Midwest, Southwest, and Northeast. Mr. Coverick has over 30 years in public finance experience and has extensive expertise working with issuer clients in the broadband space including senior underwriting engagements with UIA, UTOPIA, and MINet as well as for initiatives in Crawfordsville, Indiana and Grand Junction Colorado. Mr. Coverick is a frequent panelist for municipal broadband conferences and has participated in discussions with numerous communities in their consideration of implementing a municipal broadband network.

In addition to his broadband experience, Mr. Coverick has senior managed transactions for the Cities of Chicago, Milwaukee, Salt Lake, and Baltimore as well as numerous local municipalities. He has also lead engagements with the States of Utah, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Michigan.
